Welcome to Ridewithmytaxi. These Terms & Conditions govern your access to and use of our website, mobile services, and taxi booking platform. By using our website or booking our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions, along with our Privacy Policy and Refund Policy.
1. Our Services
Ridewithmytaxi provides local, airport transfer, one-way, round-trip, and outstation taxi services across Delhi NCR and various destinations in India. Services may be provided through our own fleet or through trusted service partners, depending on operational availability.
2. Using Our Website
You agree to use the Ridewithmytaxi website only for lawful purposes. Any misuse of the website, including fake bookings, fraudulent activities, providing false information, or attempting to disrupt our services, may result in suspension or permanent restriction of your access.
3. Booking Process
Customers can book a taxi through our website by providing accurate journey details.
A booking will be considered confirmed only after:
- The applicable advance payment displayed during the booking process has been successfully received.
- A booking confirmation has been issued by Ridewithmytaxi.
Customers are responsible for ensuring that all booking details, including pickup location, destination, travel date, time, and contact information, are accurate.
Ridewithmytaxi reserves the right to refuse or cancel any booking before confirmation due to payment failure, incorrect information, suspected fraudulent activity, operational limitations, or circumstances beyond our reasonable control.
4. Fare, GST & Payment
The fare displayed on the booking summary is calculated based on the journey details provided by the customer.
The booking summary clearly specifies which charges are Included and which charges are Extra.
5% GST Extra.
Additional charges such as parking charges, waiting charges, route deviation charges, toll charges, state taxes, or any other charges shown as Extra in the booking summary shall be payable by the customer wherever applicable.
Payments can be made using our approved online payment methods or any other payment method communicated during the booking process.
5. Booking Modification & Cancellation
Customers may request modifications or cancellations before the scheduled trip.
Cancellation charges or modification charges may apply depending on the timing of the request and the applicable Refund Policy.
Once a trip has commenced, it shall be treated as a completed booking and refund eligibility shall be governed by our Refund Policy.
6. Customer Responsibilities
Customers agree to:
- Provide accurate booking information.
- Treat drivers respectfully.
- Follow all applicable laws during the journey.
- Keep personal belongings safe.
- Avoid carrying prohibited or illegal items.
- Avoid any behaviour that may endanger the driver, vehicle, or other passengers.
7. Vehicle Availability
Vehicle allocation is subject to operational availability.
In exceptional circumstances, Ridewithmytaxi may provide a similar or upgraded vehicle if the originally selected vehicle is unavailable.
8. Delays & Travel Conditions
Estimated pickup and arrival times are approximate.
Traffic congestion, weather conditions, road closures, festivals, accidents, government restrictions, or other unforeseen circumstances may cause delays beyond our control.
Ridewithmytaxi shall not be liable for such unavoidable delays.
9. Safety
Customers should verify the driver's identity and vehicle details before starting the trip.
Seat belts should always be worn wherever available.
Customers are expected to follow all applicable safety regulations throughout the journey.
10. Limitation of Liability
Ridewithmytaxi shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages arising from delays, route changes, vehicle breakdowns, natural disasters, government actions, technical failures, or any other circumstances beyond our reasonable control.
11. Third-Party Services
Certain services may involve third-party providers, including payment gateways, mapping services, communication providers, or partner drivers.
Ridewithmytaxi shall not be responsible for the independent actions, policies, or services of such third parties.
12. Privacy
Your personal information is collected, stored, and processed in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
By using our services, you consent to such collection and use of your information.
13. Intellectual Property
All website content, including text, images, logos, graphics, software, and branding, is the exclusive property of Ridewithmytaxi.
No content may be copied, reproduced, modified, distributed, or used without prior written permission.
14. Suspension of Service
Ridewithmytaxi reserves the right to suspend or terminate user access without prior notice in cases of fraud, misuse, abusive behaviour, non-payment, or violation of these Terms & Conditions.
15. Force Majeure
Ridewithmytaxi shall not be held responsible for failure or delay in providing services due to events beyond reasonable control, including natural disasters, floods, strikes, riots, pandemics, technical failures, government restrictions, or similar events.
16. Changes to Terms
Ridewithmytaxi reserves the right to modify these Terms & Conditions at any time.
The updated version will be published on our website, and continued use of our services shall constitute acceptance of the revised Terms.
17. Governing Law
These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of India.
Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the competent courts in Gurugram, Haryana.
